We guarantee all of our confetti cannons to be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our confetti cannons are built to provide years of trouble free operation. If you ever have any problems with any of our confetti cannons please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you. Usually we can help correct any problems over the phone. If we cannot correct the problem over the phone we will repair or replace your confetti cannon.
For a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of when you receive them, in their original condition. Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you'd prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different item not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you're requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order. Please be advised that exchanges that are not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error may incur a replacement shipping charge.
Disposable confetti cannons are custom filled and non refundable.
Customized bulk confetti and streamer orders cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship and/or order processing errors.
We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss.
